Unrealistic expectations and misplaced priorities imo... most complaints are about food/meal service - valid but well known and extensively discussed..
If you fly Polaris you take advantage of food in the lounge (lax one is excellent plus op had a connection somewhere for another meal) and hard product in the sky - that combo still beats pretty much anything else to europe
Ymmv but ll take it anytime over 2-2-2 seats and lounges LH offers.. nothing overly exciting in AA BA or AY world either..
