Quick info on my stay at the Cambridge Marriott. The room is pretty typical -- on the smallish side, but recently renovated and includes a safe and refrigerator. The bathroom has a barn door and only a single sink, but a huge shower. It appears that the only food venue that is open is the M Lounge on the 2nd floor. They do not put out evening hors d'oeuvres but Elites (and I guess a guest, too) can select an item from the appetizers (think wings, charcuterie plate, etc.). There is the standard Marriott selection of non-alcoholic beverages available, although there is no bottled water (just a dispenser). For breakfast, elites get the continental buffet, an entree selection, a side, and a beverage (plus the usual non-alcs are available). In the evening there is a bar tender selling mixed drinks, wine, and beer. The area was pretty dead at night, without a lot of dining options, The location itself is obviously highly dependent on your destination; my meeting is literally across the street, so it's perfect for me. There is a subway line that adjoins the building. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel, especially given what I've seen from other "full service" properties I've recently visited.
