It is the same the other way around. I flew on AF with my FB number, and it did not have a way to recognize my Delta status. I could enter my Delta number, but then it would credit that account. When I fly AF under my Delta FF number, it recognizes me as a Platinum member end extends Elite + benefits. It appears that the system gives you the benefits associated with the FF account that you credit to.
