Is it worth trying to find a referral code before signing up for Accor Plus? Also, for the dining benefit, is the bill still charged to the room, or does it require immediate payment? I ask because I have an upcoming Amex FHR stay at the Banyan Tree Phuket for which I will receive a $150 f&b credit from Amex. Hoping to stack the benefits. Thank you!
