AFAIK You can only top up with a UK bank debit card in GBP.

However, it would be interesting to know if somebody has tried to attach a "UK" debit card that comes from Wise or Revolut and allows you to hold (and spend in) multiple currencies (i.e. EUR or USD in this case) at no fee. Maybe you could top up EUR that way...
