I have the same issue. The chat agents typically ask you to wait a billing cycle or two or fob you off to the phone agents, and the phone agents in India are mostly clueless and will either try to send you to TYP or hang up. It's super frustrating.

I once got $20 out of Citi (a creative agent gave me $10 in goodwill credit and $10 in cashback) but these offers are almost not worth the time. For example, they've consolidated an Uber and Uber One charge for me this time and are only crediting me for one of them.

Has anyone filed a CFPB complaint?
