Both of which I have - I think? Its under the section on "Qantas International lounge". The key thing mentioned a few times in the fine print seems to be :
"must be travelling on QF or oneworldŽ# flight number"...
It is likely wishful thinking -

With QF*EK flight bookings, oneworld Alliance status benefits do not apply.
