I have a domestic QF flight connecting to EK.
I made a change to the first sector to counter QF’s impending schedule cancellations and to allow more of a buffer for the transit.
I received the eticket PDF immediately with the same (previous) ticket number from QF, however on EK’s website the original QF flight time is still showing on their View Ticket option.
The flight details are correct on EK MMB, but do I need to get QF to update the ticket with EK or ask them to reissue with a new ticket number? I’m concerned if they consider me a no show that the latter sectors will be cancelled.
Any advice appreciated.
Maybe the Qantas change was just a revalidation - that would mean no reissue hence no new ticket number.
Since the QF domestic flight is the first segment with (I assume) no change to the EK flight then I would not worry too much.
