I was looking to book a relative on an SFO-TLV-SFO itinerary and the cheapest option that came up was outbound on DL and return on ITA. When looking at the fare rules I was surprised to see that the ITA fare has a $300 change fee attached (the outbound Delta fare does not). Is ITA not waiving change fees like all its competitors (and partners) are doing these days?
