Just stayed at GSY a week ago. I don't plan on returning.

Rooms are tiny. Service is extremely lacking. The lobby has an absolutely nauseating smell.

The "discretionary fee" is even more of a scam at the GSY than the Churchill. At least the Churchill is honest enough to identify the fee on a separate line. The GSY hides it by rolling it into the room rate. So you will never see it unless you're looking for it. This hits a new low for hotel rip-offs. When a property pulls this kind of crap, how can you trust them on anything?
