WoodlandCreature pointed out.
I'm able to see my Aeroplan 75K priority contacts when I'm definitely not signed in to that account. I was able to populate the 75K contacts while signed in to my sister's non-status account.
So if you're signed in, and on the right page, and it's still not showing up, trying doing a hard refresh...
