Flight cancelled was on Feb 20
I made first contact with BA CS on Feb 22 using online form
First response (other than "we're on the case") on April 14
A few back and forths - shorter response times now - until April 20 when they said it was final that they wouldn't pay.
Filed MCOL on May 19 (I was quite busy!)
BA replied today - May 30 - agreeing to pay up in full.
