BA have offered to settle for the entire claim + filing fee.
Would have been so much easier and created so much goodwill if they'd just paid up when I asked.
This is why I always advise people to go down the MCOL route sooner rather than later. The more people that do this, maybe the more BA will realise they need to improve their customer relations.
