There is no "discrimination" here. Using words like "discrimination" means that your complaint will not be taken seriously by anybody at TK or on Flyertalk.
You had an IT glitch, quite possibly because you used a travel agent instead of booking directly. You are unhappy about this IT glitch and want to complain about said IT glitch. And now you are mad because nobody at TK is taking your whining about IT glitches seriously. (probably because you are complaining about discrimination instead of IT glitches) Yet you don't provide any indication of what would make you happy.
Most people would just say "I'm never flying TK again" and be done with it...
