The issue is most likely coming from LX
You should use also a 3rd party app + the app of the carrier you will fly (if you have miles and more then LH app might be enough) to keep track of flight status

Who rebooked you ? The TA or LH ? Just wait few hours and if nothing changed , call the TA before end of working day and ask them to do the work
