Discrimination? On what ground? Race? Religion? Nationality?
With all due respect, but annoying IT issue is not a discrimination. Travel agency bookings are eligible for online check-in. I think only TK knows why OLCI failed, we can only speculate (schedule change? code-share in the itinerary when the operating carrier kept an e-ticket in the Control status?).
