Beef/fish/pasta choice. Got the short rib, on the tougher end of the spectrum from all these years. Of note, got WARM nuts with Duval-Leroy champagne before meal served. Tray had main, salad, and WARM brezen roll. But then, government vanilla ice cream for dessert
