New York City is much nicer in July, than August. Not to say that we won't have hazy, hot and humid days,; but less so than August.

-The best part is that you don't have to carry/wear a jacket.
-It's much nicer to walk around in July than say February.
-There's a different energy in the summertime.
-The natives are more relaxed.
