Can't log in

I have been trying for two days to log on to my Iberia account, and it keeps on giving me an invalid password message ("The Iberia plus number and password combination you entered is not correct. Please, check the Iberia plus number indicated and re-enter the password") - yet when I go to reset the password it errors out saying, "Sorry, we're temporarily unable to retrieve your password. Please try again later." I have tried this on chrome, edge, firefox and f-me, even internet explorer (because, you know, Iberia IT). This happens across all browsers. And it is also happening with my wife's Iberia account. my step-dad's account, and a friend's account who i asked to check. Anybody have any idea what's going on? I mean, between Citi and Iberia I am not sure who would win the razzies for worst IT dept....
