Have 3 outstanding emails. All acknowledged but none responded to.
Missing ACV promotion miles (March) - actually did respond that I did receive the basic miles - knew that
Request for flight cancellation compensation (spouse on same flight rec'd $1000 in 48 hours)
Really poorly managed latitude flight pass downgrade (still took the eupgrades)

Thinking I should skip AC loyalty and find deals, upgrade my CC instead
