Korean Air (KE) Award Availability and Redemption
Keep trying to book KE award, verified space on ExpertFlyer and DL, and after payment it fails with error code 1990. Called AS and they say it's not available, which can't be right because it doesn't work on any flight I try.

Anybody know what's going on?
