Partner retro claim taking a long time
Six weeks ago or so I registered a couple partner claims (QR operated flights, sold under AY codes) that were just under the 6 month mark. They're still pending.
Is it normal that it takes them so long to register the missing points? Is there a way to speed this up? I'd like to know how many TP I'll still need for my requalification...
