This doesn’t seem much differently from the current beef/fish/veggie options in Polaris, which could be equally glowing if one put one’s mind to it. The proof will be in the eating.
I will not disappoint everyone by posting the menu for my TATL flight in a week on AF Affaires, but I selected the duck lasagna, which I hear is excellent. And yet I’d have bought on UA if it was cheaper or PZ was available to make it so, but it wasn't.
