Onboard ordering isn’t available on BA’s shortest flights. At launch, these were reported as being Manchester, Jersey, Paris (CDG and ORY), Amsterdam, Brussels, Dublin, Newcastle and Newquay. Belfast isn’t on that list and I’ve had no problem using it fairly recently on GLA and EDI sectors which are of a similar length so I think someone probably made a mistake.
