As for the CDP - the protocol for hertz employee is clearly to verify if you qualify for it if it's not some simple CDPs like AAdvantage or AAA (actually even AAA is supposed to be verified but rarely do, this verification thing mostly happens when the employee wants to get customer away or back off from otherwise reasonable demands in the sold out situation). Use what you qualify for otherwise if you piss off the employee you can be reported to the corporate to land on the do not rent list.
