Nope, I have a very long layover in DOH so would welcome arriving earlier.
The award space wasn't the problem, she said it was booked as a "through fare" and so the two flights were connected, so the only way would be to cancel the entire fare and re-book. But I'm not taking the chance that the first trans-atlantic flight will be re-bookable if cancelled.

I might still try and call tomorrow though and see if someone else can get it through.



Ah ok, that's great to hear! And they didn't seem concerned with the arrival at 3:20 pm? Like it was pretty straightforward to get the seaplane, and no risk of being pushed? I suppose if they are still running planes till well past 4 pm we should be ok. We'll be flying business as well and I think that is a shorter line through immigration...
