Don't worry. We flew Qatar too to MLE and arrived 3:20 pm but didn't get on the seaplane until 4:42 pm. So we stayed at the Conrad Lounge after arriving at the MLE airport and before boarding the seaplane. They offer food at the lounge and they have a shower room too and an air conditioned waiting room.
