That would be walking. . With the train I would allow 10 to 15 mins ( in case only one is running and you just miss one.

I generally find the long haul flights have gates posted more than 1hr in advance ( or at least the go to b or c gate message) or ask the lounge agent for an indicative gate.

If I want to be amongst the first to board I will think about leaving the a lounges at about the hour mark to get to the c gates prior to t-40
