Reading between the lines... "based on availability" probably means "based on expected demand." To justify the cost, there need to be many passengers who require a later transfer.
TMA seaplane schedules are constantly changing, even on the day of travel. It's not like how other airlines are run.
But the resort handles all these details. You just need to get through immigration and meet the Conrad rep. They'll do everything else.
If you are able, it'd be a good idea to switch to an earlier arrival. But if not, I wouldn't worry.
Ahh understood. I just tried to make the swap to an earlier flight (the award availability is there) but they were unable to do it unfortunately. The flight does seem to have a pretty good track record of arriving early though, so hopefully it'll work out
