This may be a point you can leverage, how siginicant was the original change -- change in arrival or departure? How long was the original connection?

You may be able to go back, mentioned the schedule change and if need be escalate to a supervisor. Not 100% guarantee of scucess, but the prior change does give you some leverage.

Don't do this -- you can cannot cancel the BNA leg without cancelling the EWR-SNN leg and then repricing the entire trip. And not taking the booked BNA segment could cause the EWR-SNN to be cancelled.. This will not end well.
