Different kind of negative experience

I flew SIN to HKT on May 25th. After the meal service was done a young child started to run up and down the aisle. The mother was seated in the first row with the boy and the father (?) in the economy section.
There was quite a lot of turbulence and the seatbelt sign was on but nobody stopped the kid. This continued during the approach and even during the taxi to the gate. This was of course mainly the fault of lousy parents but the crew didn’t do nothing either even though the child could have been injured especially during the turbulence. I wrote to Customer Care to point out how the crew was absolutely passive and the response was so shocking. They didn’t even bother to read what I wrote, just replied that the crew could have handled it better.
Will avoid SQ in future.
