Thank you but I’m still in the dark. KIA to me (Navy doctor) means “Killed In Action” (which is why KIA is a terrible name for a business especially an automobile company where the name is prominently displayed). (Interesting coincidence, this discussion on Memorial Day weekend

FWIW, a Globalist “as available at check-in” Upgrade to a Suite is possible when using a Cat 1-7 and using points.
