Haneda to Narita transfer NH to UA.
I was trying to make a 3rd attempt at a Japan trip this year in July. 2 already cancelled due to Japan covid restrictions. I see little to no change of Japan opening back up by then. Only tour groups allowed starting June and I'd rather drive a nail into eyeball than do that.
So, we are cutting japan out, unfortunately, and heading to Thailand. My issue is on my return. UA removed my original flight to IAH from NRT from the schedule and we now are flying back from NRT a day later. No big issue except my planned inbound was to connect in Narita on my original day and head to Houston. Award flights are so slim now in J. My only option is to fly into Haneda from SIN. I am booked on 2 PNR's for these legs based on how it was originally set up and to maximize point value (NRT - IAH is coach saver with PP upgrade).
I have a very long layover so plenty of time to make this transfer under normal circumstances --- but is this possible at all with the covid restrictions? I can't find any good info on this.
