Given the short flight time / and the fact the day time BA JFK - LHR flight is breakfast service, which I never find is sufficient, AA’s later day flight with proper lunch service is more then adequate. The night flight is nice, but if you want any sleep you need to eat fast! BA F is much better utilised going west bound from LHR on U.S. flights.
