Recently got back from a 5 night stay, will definitely be back. Booked a standard city view double for 2 adults 2 kids. Asked for a upgrade at check in, and the Elite Desk said the would call when something became available. Never heard anything, so asked for an upgrade at the Front Desk line next morning. Was granted a Ohana 2 Bedroom Suite as a lifetime platinum. The space was phenomenal and perfect for two kids who nap who could be put in separate rooms while mom/dad enjoy a coffee on the balcony. Kai Market continental breakfast was good and the outdoor seating was a perfect spot to catch a morning rainbow. Pool seating was never an issue and the kids enjoyed the water slide. Best quick eats in Honolulu - Giovanni’s Shrimp Truck, still dream about the “no refunds” hot sauce.
