Thanks - I generally like Sheraton in EU near airport for AM departures. They are often closest to the terminal (MXP for example, BRU also) so very convenient. But they do come at a premium. We're literally just sleeping - we arrive @ midnight (6pm ET) and picking up a car first thing in the AM so am trying to figure out if the premium for the Sheraton is worth it. Also, no AA Loyalty Points there while the Holiday Inn and a few others offer 1000 LPs (boostable) for ~$100+/-. The other alternative is to burn some stranded Avios.

You are right the Sheraton is an attractive location/option.
