There is archive movements data for 2020 here heathrow-archives-2020 (lhr-lgw.co.uk) - no sign of BA67 but I can't open the MHT files for some reason except with notepad.

Someone with flightstats is your best bet probably. But I agree with Tobias, once you've cancelled voluntarily, what happens to the flight afterwards is irrelevant.
