This place is playing games.
I asked via text if I could get an upgrade to any room on the Bay view side (Alcatraz side). They ignored me.
Upon check-in, I ask again. First they said Bay View is sold out.
Then I check the app which shows Bay View King available. So the lady unabashedly changes her story and says no Bay View rooms are upgrade-eligible to anyone (including Globalists) without additional fees.
Now you’re telling me they gave you that very upgrade.

I understand that businesses have to bs their customers sometimes. But they sure dont do it graciously here.

I will give them credit, though, for reopening their lounge.
