You don't seem to have added any detail from your previous thread. In fact, you seem to have removed any relevant details.

If you were flying FRA-SFO-PDX and you arrived on Lufthansa, which seems to be the case, then you are not entitled to United Club or United Polaris Lounge access in SFO unless you are also Star Alliance Gold. United is quite clear about this in the section about access for passengers on non-UA Star Alliance flights:
Long-haul international business class on a Star Alliance member airline A boarding pass for travel in long-haul international business class on a Star Alliance member airline

Customers may only access a United Polaris lounge at the departure airport for their international business class flight
The fact that United may have made a mistake and admitted you on other itineraries is irrelevant.

It would take more details to understand what part of the lounge access policy you think they violated.
