Details please. If you are Star Gold, then you should have been given access to the United Club. If you are not, but were flying UA, then you should have been given access to the United Club or Polaris lounge. If you are not Gold, and were traveling on Lufthansa from FRA to SFO, then you don't get lounge access on arrival.
