Star alliance Lounge access denial

So…my former thread “Was I profiled” has been closed. My question to the general flying public was asking why I was denied access to the business lounge. It was posted to a generic Star Alliance forum, alas, all you savvy flyers out there were able to pinpoint the lounge and airline.

Constitutionally, freedom of expression enables us to talk freely to a point. I have given timely opportunity for response from the airline in question and I believe it is fair that I now expose them for their possible un-ethical stance on this issue. I believe they hoped that I would just go away. So now I open this to you and ponder to expose the corruptions of the ‘grey areas’ and the ‘fine print’.

SCENARIO: I flew from FRA to PDX through SFO on a one-way Business class reward ticket costing over 65,000 points +$$ that was gifted to me by my (Million miler) husband for me to get home for work relaxed and rested. I had @4+ hour layover in SFO and visited the lounge to refresh and relax. I was dressed appropriately, the lounge was not busy and I am polite in demeanor as a traveller. I was denied access by the lounge attendant with no substantiation. I requested to speak with a supervisor or manager on duty who could provide me with an answer as to why I was denied and was told that there was no-one to talk to.

Here is the cruncher. I travelled this exact same route a month earlier and was granted access to the same lounge without question.

So I am asking YOU, why was I denied access to the lounge on my second visit.
