Hi all. I was hoping to compose a letter or email to management with Alaska Airlines regarding a customer service representative who I feel deserves recognition for the assistance she provided during a crisis I was experiencing. Would anyone have the email contacts so I can do so? Also, if there is ones specific to Maui's airport as well, that would be greatly appreciated.
