Departing from Dublin on an EI flight I don't think you will get fast track regardless of BA status or whether your ticket is BA stock or EI stock .. in fact in my experience you probably won't be able to check in online, assign seats or anything if it's a BA ticket as BA and EI IT systems don't play nicely together .. go for a BA operated flight if possible to make it simpler.
BA operated flights that day are as good as zeroed out (July 1st). I am aware that day is going to be crazy busy, which is why I‘m eager to get fast track. I can get it by booking the EI code but checking baggage and transferring in LHR on separate tickets is also a bad idea that day. I can fly EI straight to FAO but it‘s also relatively expensive and I‘d frankly prefer the tier points.
