Thanks David. We are only being offered a suite in the villa (and they haven't specified which one yet), so presumably we would be sharing the villa with whoever else they are moving out of the hotel - they have mentioned the Luna Suites are the ones impacted by the renovation project next door and no other suites are impacted.
From your post it appears you think the villa may be an upgrade? Can I ask why? My initial thought was it felt like a downgrade as we obviously lose all of the hotel facilities and end up in a small property with 3 other couples.
