For the first two, I did the transfer, immediately accepted the money then transferred it to my bank. Then I started to let it pile up for the other transactions. I did four more than requested it be sent to my bank. I then got a message that said there was a delay in the transfer and it might take 24 hours. So I stopped for the day. I don’t know why there was a delay. I don’t use the account much so this might have triggered something.
So for PayPal, there is a 2.9% fee - I requested $200.00 and received $193.75 after the fee plus 30 cents for the transaction.
Today I tried the S&S that you mentioned. Very smooth transaction! It was less than a minute from the time I said "Hi" until I walked away. I then went to four others in RI. The same situation at each one. I was 5/5. I either cashed or deposited the MOs at a few of my banks. Mission accomplished!
I then checked my PayPal account and saw they wanted to verify my identity and address so I sent them a picture of my license. That released the funds to my bank.
I have to say, I never did anything like this before and kind of like the challenge. I also did some math to see how beneficial this can be with rewards. Some of you must do very well with it.
Thank you for the suggestions. I really appreciate the help I received with this. I'm going to be sticking around to learn some more and probably become one of you

Just be careful not to load up more than you can afford to carry. You do not want a cash flow crisis. Systemic bans on using giftcards for MO are being implemented across the country first at WM and spreading to the major supermarket chains. Started West coast and moving across the country, see the Kroger, Walmart, Safeway, Publix threads for how suddenly vgc stopped working. Back in the day it did not matter as there were plenty of other liquation options, but these are whittling away
