Very good post when I was told that Qatar could make the refund to another bank account .I was also told by qatar airways booking dept and the supervisor at the Bangkok office that they would put my papers to a QR supervisor in order to have the refund request approved. It seems the QR supervisor did not want to approve the refund.
Of course if I follow your instructions I will have to pretend i have not written 20 letters and made 30 phone calls to Qatar, and hope qatar do the same thing.
Are you suggesting I should claim a refund on the webb site link suggested by irishguy, and pretend nothing has happened in the past 6 mionths.....said stategy might work
