Just opened a CashPlus account with an Access Direct (company stock plan) account. I still had to call in to open the CashPlus account and the virtual advisor had no idea what an Access Direct account was. Its been a couple of days and the accounts still aren't linked. I'll give them a call next week if the accounts still aren't linked.
