FWIW just got this email today:
Due to current travel restrictions in and out of Japan, United is temporarily reducing service to Tokyo-Haneda Airport (HND).
And my reservation was changed to EWR-NRT over EWR-HND, thankfully I have not booked onward travel as of yet, as hopes for Japan being open in July have diminished.
