I got reimbursed from SAS for delayed luggage necessities purchases in late 2017, and they sent an e-mail asking for the following information...

Name of the bank
Address of the bank
Bank account holder name
Bank account number
ABA
Swift code/BIC code

IIRC, it was wired from Denmark.
