Possible but reliant on so many factors. I'm sat in Puerto Vallarta now and delayed by 75 mins to MEX. Bags are regularly slow and MEX has been at complete capacity for weeks. I'd in no way risk the time you're taking. Out of 6 Vivaerobus flights I or my wife have taken in last 8 weeks, all six have been late by no less than an hour. Hope that clears it up for you
